We offer the following services: Conference Organization with a fee of ₹2,000 per person. Workshop Organization with a fee of ₹500 per student. Journal Publication with a fee of ₹2,500 per paper. User Obligations Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and payment. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or submission.

Refund and Cancellation Policies Conference and Workshop Refund Policy

Conference: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

Workshop: Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event.

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a registration, users must contact our support team via email or phone.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. Journal Publication

Refund Policy

Once a paper is submitted for publication, the ₹2,500 publication fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Procedure

Authors can withdraw their paper from publication by contacting our support team, but no refund will be issued.
